Alvin left his charger at my place. Actually, my roommate forgot to give it back to him. Anyway, it meant we got to meet up for lunch again today! This is a Pollove Sandwich (fried chicken on endives, herbs, toasted bread) with homemade chips. Soooo delicious. Tootsie's at the Stanford Barn is a solid Italian Cafe with great food and good prices.
And the sad news...a sweet lady who worked in the office at my high school passed away. She was the type of person who'd look the other way when you ditched if she knew you weren't getting into any major trouble. Helpful and cool. You will be missed.
